Online booking collects the deposit by card (including Apple Pay / Google Pay via Square). Remaining balance is due at the appointment.
Appointment rules
- After 15 minutes, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.
- Appointments can be rescheduled within 24 hours, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made without at least 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit.
- No-show: no future appointments will be accepted.
- No refunds.
Before your appointment
- Do not use an eyelash curler and do not wear eye makeup. That can damage your natural lashes and incurs an extra charge for makeup removal.
